FactoryPlaceHospitalityGroup is partnering with Brera Ristorante’s Chef De Cuisine Monica Angelats a native of Barcelona-Spain to create their first not Italian restaurant in Los Angeles. Chef Angelo and Chef Monica are developing recipes and creating delectable interpretations of Chef Monica’s native Spanish fare. From tapas to bocadillos, from Jamon Serrano to Paella and more, washed by irresistible sangrias, complemented by a short but exciting wine list and a full bar spearheaded by a collection of sherry the Spanish National Liquor of choice, the place will provide an exciting ambiance that will promote new friendships, a lot of fun and unparalleled Spanish cuisine. Located in the central Snider Plaza in Dallas, Texas EMILIA by Angelo Auriana is a casual trattoria offering a versatile menu selections that take the guests through a unique, fun and casual sophistication at a moderate pricing and a full display of Chef Angelo dedication to his craft. The menu offers a unique full dining experience with an emphasis on a variety of home-made pasta along with a section dedicated to healthy organic vegetable dishes and one of small and full-size dishes that include seafood, meat and poultry, to finish with homemade desserts. It is designed to be interactive and doesn’t really drive the guest to begin or finish from a section or another but allows them to indulge and navigate through as they are pleased. The affordability, quality and consistency of the food along with the service and the design create a unique environment where our guests will enjoy a superlative hospitality.
